Founded in 1998 in Istanbul by Naser AlimALIM Group has consistently expanded its vision and operations, becoming one of Türkiye’s and the region’s strong and reputable business groups across its core sectors. Rooted in the historical, cultural, and commercial ties between Türkiye and the Balkans, ALIM Group today operates as a regionally integrated organization.

ALIM Group operates through 8 companies in 6 countries—Türkiye, Montenegro, Serbia, North Macedonia, Kosovo, and Bosnia and Herzegovina—with approximately 1,000 employees, 3 production facilities, and a total closed area of 50,000 m², across four main business lines.

Türkiye

Alim Orman Ürünleri A.Ş. is one of Europe’s leading distributors of wood-based panels, with an annual trading volume of 500,000 m³, including MDF, particleboard, laminate flooring, door skins, and related products. The company’s primary markets are the Balkans and Southeast Europe.

Boyut Plastik A.Ş., founded in 2005 and integrated into ALIM Group in 2010, operates a modern 25,000 m² production facility in Istanbul, manufacturing high-capacity PVC, ABS, and PP furniture edge bands. Boyut Plastik represents one of the Group’s key industrial investments.

Montenegro

Alim Group D.o.o., established in 2017, operates a 12,000 m² regional logistics hub located in the Free Zone of Bar. This facility serves as ALIM Group’s Southeast Europe logistics center for wood-based panel distribution.

Serbia

Boyut Import–Export D.o.o., active since 2017, conducts domestic sales of furniture edge bands from its 2,000 m² facility in Belgrade, serving the Serbian market.

North Macedonia

Alim Group D.o.o.e.l. focuses on the trading of semi-finished products for the furniture industry.
Alim Solar D.o.o.e.l. represents ALIM Group’s investments in renewable energy. The Group’s solar power project, planned at a total capacity of 50 MW, has already commissioned its first phase (30%), with active energy generation underway.

Kosovo

Mokne SH.P.K. operates in the city of Istog under the MOKNE brand, producing and packaging natural spring water. The first phase of the facility, completed in 2024 with an investment of approximately €15 million, includes 11,000 m² of closed area and 15,000 m² of open area.
With the addition of a flavored and carbonated beverage line in early 2025, total investment is expected to reach €22 million within the year.
